Haven Spring Fayre - saturday 9th april 2022
A Very Successful Day!
We are really pleased to be able to share that an amazing £941 was raised on the day of the Fayre from all of the stalls and refreshments that we had. In addition to this the final total for the tickets sold for the Spring Draw was an even more amazing £2038! It was really pleasing to see the event so well attended, not only by family and friends of Haven but also many people from the local community.
At the Fayre we also thanked and celebrated the fantastic achievements of Mike Simmonds. Mike not only completed his 100 days of collectively walking 1185km, he also way exceeded his target of £2,500 in sponsorship for Haven. Christmas Dinner at Haven
On Wednesday 22nd December our regular and walk in guests at Haven were treated to a full traditional Christmas dinner prepared by our volunteers. In addition, each person was given a Christmas gift bag packed full of goodies very generously donated by Seasalter Christian Centre in Whitstable.
